You must have an established handicap to enter PMGA events. If you have had a USGA sanctioned handicap in the past two years, we can retrieve your recent scores and handicap. If you are or have been a member of another golf association, you must provide the following information from that organization:

Upon acceptance of my application I agree to abide by all the rules and decisions of the PMGA. The PMGA reserves the right to cancel or relocate PMGA events if Papago Golf course becomes unavailable for play. I understand that the Board of Governors has authority under the USGA handicapping system to adjust my handicap. I understand that I must post an individual score in two (2) PMGA regular monthly tournaments since the last Club Championship to be eligible for the 2009 Club Championship. If at any time in the past I have violated the USGA Rules of Amateur Status and have not filed for reinstatement, I will not be eligible to play in the Match Play, Bangkok, or PMGA Club Championship. The Club Champion must be an amateur golfer. I must have at least ten posted scores in the last twelve months to be eligible for PMGA events. I must participate in two (2) PMGA sponsored events within the calendar year to be eligible for membership renewal. Tournament entry fees may be refunded at the discretion of the Board. It is the member’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date. All correspondence and notices will be sent first to members who provide an email address. U.S. mail will be used if an email is not provided. Not all correspondence and notices will be sent by U.S. mail. Contact information is not sold or shared.
